5 Habits of a Woman Who Doesn’t Quit {Giveaway}

Sharing is caring!

It’s pretty amazing when someone you know in real life writes a book. My friend, Nicki Koziarz, just wrote- 5 Habits of a Woman Who Doesn’t Quit.5 Habits of a Woman Who Doesn't Quit Giveaway

Y’all, I reveiw and read A LOT of books. This one is a must read. In fact, I’m loving it so much I bought an extra copy to giveaway, so make sure you enter to win at the end of this post!

Life as a mom is full on, pedal to the metal, all the time. Add to that outside of the home commitments, chores that must be done and work. There are days I just want to climb back in bed and pull the covers over my head. I venture to guess, that if you are a Mom, then you feel the same way. Honestly, I want to throw in the towel at least once a day! Maybe you do too.

But, when I look at my children, I know that I CANNOT quit on them. One of my favorite movie lines of all time is Cheaper By the Dozen’s “If I screw up raising my kids, nothing I achieve will matter much.” As a single, working mom it’s something I think about all the time. The balance of work, commitments, and raising 6 kids- it’s enough to make me want to bury my head in the sand.

Nicki’s book shares practical ways to stay the course, keep commitments, and not give in to the temptation to give up. Walk alongside Ruth, and figure out what made her stay the course in very difficult times.

I don’t want to giveaway all the good stuff in the book – trust me, go get a copy!

But the following quote- I needed to hear, and I probably need to post it on my mirror.

Bitterness has the potential to bring a perspective that because life has not panned out as we hoped, we’ve lost the hope for a good life that is before us. And living our lives feeling bitter will definitely make us not feel like following through with commitments.

Hey there, Nicki… did you write that just for me? I think you did!

And friends, if you’ve walked a devastating, life changing road, this book can help you get back on track and find perseverance again. Or, if you are just a tired Mom, wanting to pull the covers over your head, this book is for you too.giveaway
