Creamy Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese
- 16 oz box elbow macaroni
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups (8 ozs) colby jack cheese, shredded
- 2 cups (8 ozs) cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Prepare slow cooker by spraying with cooking spray.
Cook elbow macaroni to al dente, drain, and place in slow cooker.Mix in milk and evaporated milk.
Add eggs and softened butter.
Stir in cheese, reserving 1 cup. Stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
Cook in slow cooker on low heat for about 4 hours.
