This week I’m just glad to make it to Friday. I’m chugging my Emergen-C, hoping I don’t catch the sickness currently running through the children. That likelihood is slim considering the amount of coughs in my face and kid snot on my shirt this week. So, there won’t be five things today but, I can end this mostly tough week with a few laughs.
This girl just gets more adorable everyday. I cannot believe she will be 5 in a month. 5 once seemed so big, but Peyton still seems so little. I guess 10 years of parenting changes perspective. No matter how many times we sing the days of the week song, every day past Tuesday is Saturday. “Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Sa-TUR-day!” So we start over and I loudly sing the correct days of
Peyton is the cutest thing ever- and she knows it. One day she’s probably going to be big trouble, but for now we are just soaking up her sweetness and awesome personality. She knows how to turn on the charm to reach her desired goal. Between her well-timed sense of humor and knowing just when to throw in her winning smile she probably gets her way more than not.
