However, studies show that the majority of us don’t eat the recommended amount.  To incorporate more whole grains into our day I used Nature’s Harvest® Honey Wheat Made with Whole Grain Bread, which contains at least 8 grams of whole grains per serving but doesn’t contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors and colors.Creamy Cesar Patty Melts

  1. I have no idea why it has never occurred to me to make patty melts at home! We love them at the Waffle House. We only buy whole grain breads which are so yummy! Great giveaway. Thanks for sharing.

  2. We eat 100% whole wheat bread every day, and eat whole grain cereals. We also eat brown rice, quonia, and whole wheat pasta.

  3. I love Nature’s Harvest Bread. I appreciate that I can have a sandwich without blowing my calories for the day. We are PB & J fiends so lots of those.

  4. We incorporate whole grains by eating whole grain pasta dishes and whole grain bread for our sandwiches.

  5. At our house, whole grains are generally incorporated by the use of bread products. Sandwiches, bagels etc. are a mainstay.

  6. I only buy whole grain bread when making sandwiches for my family. In addition, I buy whole grain pasta to give my family healthier meals.

  7. I incorporate whole grains by making most of our staples ourselves. I especially love sprouted whole grains!

  8. I use Alton Brown’s recipe for baked brown rice, which makes enough for 2 or 3 meals. It comes out perfect pretty much every time, and it’s a tasty way to get my family to eat whole grains. We like Nature’s Harvest bread, but can’t always find it at the store.
