Last week I told you about a revolutionary new diet I’ve just learned about, and the book that explains it. (You can read last week’s post here. )

Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight written by Joel Marion is available right now. I’ve been reading the book and learning more about this new type of diet for over a week now. The most revolutionary part of this approach is eating the majority of your calories at night. Always Eat After 7PM debunks all the myths about other popular diet methods while also offering an easy to follow diet that allows you to indulge while accelerating fat-burning. This program makes dieting easy and removes 90% of the reasons people resist diet changes.

I’ve been most interested in this diet since I’ve fallen into several bad eating habits in the last several months of dealing with the extra stress of our current world situations and spending so much time at home with easy access to bad choices. I always considered my night time eating to be one of those bad choices. But, it turns out, when done correctly I can enjoy eating at night without guilt! As Always Eat After 7PM tells us, “Having carbs in the evening is also a great weight loss strategy. When you’re active, your body burns mainly carbohydrates and muscle glycogen for energy. By eating carbs at night, you allow your body to use them to restore glycogen for energy the next day and provide your body with the glucose it needs to regulate your blood sugar levels during sleep.” I’m definitely on board with a plan that can let me eat carbs at night, while still developing healthy habits!

This week we are going to talk to Joel Marion, author of Always Eat After 7PM, to learn even more about the book and diet. Joel Marion is a best selling author, a fitness expert, and a nutritionist who offers a simple, highly effective weight loss program in this new book.

Joel, how long did it take for you to develop this diet?

It actually took several years of researching for me to discover the real science of eating late night. After a few years of tweaking and refining, I finally came up with a rapid fat loss solution that overcomes all the pitfalls of traditional diets.

And, how difficult is the Always Eat After 7PM plan to follow?

It’s not. And that’s exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters to our bodies natural instincts.

This plan seems pretty amazing doesn’t it? Learn more about the book and how to purchase here.
