A fishing wire tied between the chandeliers was the perfect location to hang streamers in several shades of blue. We simply tore the streamers in long lengths, folded the ends over the fishing wire, and taped the streamers into place.
A blue tablecloth set with blue and glass dishes completed the undersea theme.

For the party, we wanted to serve simple but delicious food.
First, we bought plain white iced cupcakes from our local supermarket. My daughter dressed the cupcakes up with edible blue glitter sugar and dolphin cupcake picks she created. To make similar cupcake decorations, simply google ‘dolphin silhouette’, and cut your favorite shapes from blue cardstock. You’ll need two identical shapes for each cupcake. Glue a 4 inch lollipop stick between the two matching silhouettes for a cute dolphin cupcake decoration.
Sand pudding is a family favorite dessert, so we had to include it in our Dolphin Party menu.
