Paper Bag Puppet Ahsoka Craft

Make this adorable (and easy) Ahsoka craft with your kids and watch their own Star Wars story come alive!

Thanks to the Clone Wars cartoon and the Mandalorian episodes, Ahsoka has become one of my girls’ favorite Star Wars characters!

Learn how to make this fun Star Wars Ahsoka Paper Bag Puppet Craft

Supplies:

  • Colored craft papers
  • Paper bag
  • Marker
  • Craft glue
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
  • Template

Instructions:

Print out the Ahsoka Puppet Template and cut out all of the pattern pieces.

Select white, light brown, dark brown, blue and 2 different shades of grey colored craft papers for the Ahsoka craft.

Trace the body on dark grey paper using your paper bag as a template.

Also use dark grey for the front (curved part) of the head piece.

Trace the head piece base and the V markings on white paper.

Trace the stripes on blue paper.

Trace the belt and shoe patterns on light grey paper.

Trace the top part of the belt on dark brown paper.

Trace the head on the light brown paper.

Cut out all of the puppet pieces.

Attach the dark brown strip along the top of the grey belt piece.

Glue the dark grey strip along the front side of the head cutout. 

Lay out the blue hair stripes. 

Attach the blue paper cutouts on the white hair piece. 

Trim the extra off of the blue pieces, and aligning them with the hair’s edge.

Attach the white V marks on each cheek and use a marker to draw stripes on both sides of the grey belt, as shown below.

Attach the head in the middle of the hair piece.

Attach the belt piece along the middle of the body cutout and attach the shoe cutouts on the bottom side of the body. 

Select a paper bag for the craft.

Attach the body on the flat side of the paper bag.

Attach Ahsoka’s head on the paper bag flap.

Use a marker to draw the face details on Ahsoka.
