How to make a Frankenstein Bookmark for Halloween
List of Supplies:
- Colored craft papers
- Pencil – to trace the template
- Craft glue
- Sharpie or gel pen
- Template
Instructions:
Download and print out the Frankenstein template. Cut out all of the template pattern pieces.
Select colored craft papers for the Frankenstein bookmark pattern. Trace the patterns onto the chosen papers, then cut all the Frankenstein pieces out of the papers.
Attach the sleeve cutouts on the arm cutouts.
Attach the hair cutout on top of the head cutout.
Use a gel pen or marker to draw the face of the Frankenstein figure.
Attach the bolt cutouts on both sides of the head, below the ears.
Attach the shirt cutout along the middle of the jacket cutout and attach the shoe cutouts on the bottom edge of the pants cutout.
Attach the jacket to the pants.
Attach the head on top of the body, by slightly overlapping it from the top.
Attach the arm patterns on both sides of the body base by gluing a small section at the shoulder.
Be sure to keep most of the arms free of glue and unattached to the rest of Frankenstein’s body.
To use the papercraft Frankenstein figure as a bookmark, simply slide a page between the arms and the body as shown below.
