Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was a wonderful evening of spending time with Gramma and Gramps, eating homemade ravioli, and opening gifts. Gramma loves giving presents…

Emily gave us a big surprise with her enthusiasm opening gifts. Every time a box slide her way she’d yell, “Ya-aayyy!” and begin ripping it open. After she finished she’d bounce on her knees and yell, “Want some! Want some!” Hilarious! Gramps had to move fast to keep her happy.

After watching the present opening I worried about Christmas morning. We open gifts one person at a time at home, and each child would get only 4 wrapped gifts.  It would be nothing like the “ready, set, OPEN!” and pile of gifts at Gramma’s house.
