- Jumbo Craft Sticks, Jumbo
- Craft Glue Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Pom Pom, (We used red tinsel)
- Wiggle Eyes
- Brown Craft Paint
- Cardstock – Brown & Tan
- Scissors
- Paintbrush
- Pencil
- Printed Pattern
Instructions:
To make the reindeer, create a triangle with three jumbo craft sticks on your work surface, and secure at the corners with a glue gun and glue sticks.
TIP: We used a glue gun and glue sticks for this tutorial, but you can use liquid craft glue for this project if you prefer.
Paint reindeer with brown craft paint. Let dry, and apply a second coat, if necessary.
Download, print, and cut out the reindeer patterns.
Trace the triangle pattern once onto brown cardstock with a pencil.
Cut out the reindeer pattern with scissors.
Glue the brown triangle of cardstock onto the back of the brown craft stick triangle.
Trace the outer ear pattern twice onto brown cardstock.
Trace the inner ear pattern twice onto tan cardstock with a pencil.
Trace both hands on brown cardstock.
Cut out the reindeer patterns with scissors.
Attach the two inner ears to the two outer ears with glue. Glue the handprint antlers to the top edge of the reindeer, and the ears to either side.
Attach two wiggle eyes onto the reindeer.
Glue one red tinsel pom pom to the reindeer at the bottom point.
