How to Make a Sloth Bookmark
List of Supplies:
- Colored craft papers
- Craft glue
- Pencil
- Markers
- A pair of scissors
- Template
Instructions:
Download and print out the sloth bookmark template. Cut out the pattern pieces.
Select colored craft papers for the sloth bookmarks.
Trace the provided patterns on the colored craft papers and cut out the pieces.
First glue the four claw cutouts onto the the sloth’s legs.
Glue the eye patch cutouts on both sides of the face cutout as shown below.
Glue the face cutout in the middle of the head cutout.
Glue the head piece on the top edge of the body.
Glue the heart cutout under one of the foot cutouts as shown below.
Glue the other foot on the side edge of the sloth’s body.
Glue the foot holding the heart on the opposite side of the sloth’s body.
Trim extra edges of the feet so that they align with the sloth’s body.
Use markers to draw the eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks onto the sloth’s face.
To use the sloth as a bookmark, simply slip a page of your book under the sloth’s arms.
