This fun dinosaur craft is perfect for little boys who love dinosaurs. This toilet paper roll triceratops is super easy to make with the free printable template and easy instructions.
How to make a Toilet Paper Roll Triceratops
List of supplies:
- Craft papers
- Toilet paper roll
- Googly eyes
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue
- Marker or gel pens
- Template
Instructions:
Download and print out the triceratops template. Cut out all of the pattern pieces.
Then cut out the pieces for the triceratops using colored craft papers. Use a matching marker to trace the outline of the dinosaur head and body pieces as shown below.
Glue the mouth to the dinosaur’s head. Also, glue the horns onto the small horn bases, as shown below.
Glue the dinosaur’s head onto its frill.
Then, glue the horns onto the triceratops head.
Glue two googly eyes onto the dinosaur’s head. Use markers to finish drawing the details onto the dinosaur’s face.
Then, glue the toes onto the feet.
Wrap the toilet paper roll with the same colored paper as the dinosaur.
Glue the head on top of the tissue paper roll.
Glue the feet below the head on the toilet paper roll.
Then, glue the tail on one side of the toilet paper roll.
Your triceratops craft is complete!
