How to Make a Kangaroo Paper Bag Puppet
Below you’ll find the step-by-step tutorial for making this kangaroo paper bag puppet craft. The instructions are easy to follow, and the printable template helps make cutting and assembling the pieces simple for kids.
Supplies:
- Colored craft papers
- Paper bag
- Pencil
- A pair of scissors
- Craft glue
- Markers
- Printed pattern
Instructions:
Download and print out the kangaroo pattern. Cut out the pattern pieces.
Select 2 different shades of brown or orange colored craft papers for the kangaroo patterns along with pink paper.
Trace the head, outer ears, legs, arms, tail, and body base on the darker shade and trace the pouch patterns on the lighter shade of paper selected for the kangaroo. Trace the inner ears and blush on pink paper.
Cut out the patterns using a pair of scissors.
