How to make a Shark Paper Garland
List of Supplies:
- Colored craft papers
- Pencil
- Markers
- String
- Craft glue
- A pair of scissors
- Printed template
Instructions:
Download and print out the shark garland template. Cut out the pattern pieces.
Select different colored craft papers for the shark garland
Trace the template pattern on the selected craft papers and cut them out using scissors.
Let’s start by making the sharks.
Glue the belly cutouts onto the base cutouts of the sharks.
Use a marker to draw an eye on a round white cutout. Attach it to the great white shark.
Use a marker to draw the eyes and mouth onto the hammerhead shark.
Use markers to add details to the life preserver and the surfboard cutouts.
Continue making more of each item to fill the garland length you desire.
Measure and cut out a string or ribbon for the garland.
Attach the paper items to the string by applying glue or tape and attaching the string to the back side of the items.
Once the items are attached to the string, turn the string to the right side.
Continue making garland strings until you have enough for your display area.
