The weather definitely doesn’t know if it wants to be winter or spring around here. Last week, more snow than this area has seen in a decade and this week approaching 70s and sunshine! We supposedly could be in the mid 70s this weekend.
Craziness…but I sure will take it! When we can get outside we are all so much happier!
Emily is beginning to figure out pedaling. She still prefers to put her feet on the ground and go Flintstone style on her tricycle. I need to pull out the balance bike. Last summer she just fell over because she wasn’t tall enough for it. I think it will be perfect for her this year.
Peyton tries hard to keep up with the big kids. Maybe she’ll be ready to take off those training wheels sometime this summer.
My timid Rebekah is now a daredevil. She kept going to the tallest paved hill at the park and zooming down from the very top. We’ve figured out she takes after her Daddy. Neither like roller coasters, but they are ready for a thrill if they can be in control.
All I see of Michael is his back when he rides. This boy is fast! He pedals so fast his chain can’t keep up and it falls off!
I know February is too early to hope for spring, but I sure would love several days of pretty weather mixed in with the cold. Especially when baseball season starts next month!
