How to Make Cotton Candy Fudge

Ingredients

  • white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • cotton candy extract
  • Pink and blue food coloring

Directions

Line an 8 inch baking dish with aluminum foil.

Mix the white chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave. stirring frequently until melted and well combined.

Add the cotton candy extract to the white chocolate mixture.

Gather two small bowls. Spoon about 1/4 a cup of fudge into each bowl.

Add blue food coloring to one bowl, and pink food coloring to the other. Mix well.

Spread the white fudge into the aluminum foil lined pan.

Drop spoonfuls of the blue and pink fudge in random dollops on top of the white fudge.

Run a knife through the fudge to swirl the colors together to get the cotton candy swirled look.

Refrigerate the cotton candy fudge for at least 3 hours or until firm.

Cut the cotton candy fudge into pieces and serve!

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cotton candy extract
  • Pink and blue food coloring

Instructions

    Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil.

    In a microwave safe bowl, stir together the white chocolate and condensed milk. Place in microwave for 90 seconds and let sit for a minute.

    Stir well to combine the melted chocolate and condensed milk.

    Add the cotton candy extract.

    Spoon out about 3 TBSP of fudge or so into a separate bowl.

    Spoon an additional 3 TBSP of fudge or so into another separate bowl.

    Add the blue food coloring to one bowl and combine.

    Add the pink food coloring to one bowl and combine.

    Spread the white fudge into the prepared pan.

    Drop spoonful’s of both colors of fudge onto the white fudge.

    Run a knife through the fudge to swirl the colors together to get the desired effect you are looking for.

    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to firm.

    Cut into pieces and serve.
