How to Make Mermaid Tail Suckers

You will need:

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 275 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut or break the jolly rancher candy into pieces. The candies will cut easily with scissors.

Or you can break the candies into small pieces using this method. Unwrap the candies and fill a ziplock bag with each individual color. Then hit the candies with a rolling pin to break them into small pieces.

Take your mermaid tail mold, fill each mold with the small broken pieces of candy. Be sure to fill the entire mold.

Place the silicone mermaid tail mold in a pan or on a baking sheet, then put it in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes, until all the candy is melted.

Take the mold out of the oven and place sucker sticks on each mermaid tail. To keep the sucker sticks from sticking to the wrong tail, lay a strip of parchment paper over each row after placing the sticks on the melted candy.

Once the lollipops are completely cooled, pop them out of the molds to enjoy!
