Flamingo Valentine Craft
This super cute flamingo Valentine craft is great for kids of all ages this Valentine’s Day.
Preschool, elementary, or even tween- kids will adore creating these Valentine’s Day flamingos.
Paste them to a blank card to create an adorable Valentine’s Day card. Or tape a string to the back of the flamingo to create festive Valentine decor.
How to make a Valentine Flamingo Craft
List of Supplies:
- Colored craft papers
- Pencil – to trace the template
- Craft glue
- Marker or gel pen
- A pair of scissors
- Template
Instructions:
Download and print out the Valentine flamingo template. Cut out all of the template pieces.
Select colored craft papers for the flamingo Valentine craft.
Trace the template patterns on the colored craft papers and cut out the pieces.
Take the small heart cutouts and fold them in half symmetrically.
Attach a half-folded onto the center of the big heart.
Attach another folded heart on the other half of the big heart.
Glue the last folded heart in between the other two folded hearts to make the flamingo’s wings.
Glue the beak to the front of the flamingo’s head.
Glue the neck to the large heart, as shown below.
Attach the leg cutouts at the bottom of the big heart.
Use a marker or gel pen to draw an eye and beak details on to the flamingo craft.
