How to make this Raya and the Last Dragon Craft

Supplies:

Colored craft papers – you can use cardstock or construction paper
Craft glue
Black marker or pen
Pencil
Scissors
Template

Directions:

Print the template and cut out all of the pattern pieces.

Gather your colored papers in the colors purple, pink and three shades of blue.

Trace the body and leg patterns on blue paper, the tail fin on pink paper, tail scales and hair on purple paper, horn on dark blue paper and the head on light blue paper.

Cut out all of the traced pieces.

Glue the head onto the dragon’s hair.

Use a black marker or pen to draw the eyes, nose and mouth of the dragon. You can add nose details in blue as shown below, if you’d like.

Glue the horn on the top of the dragon’s head.

Glue the tail fin onto the narrow end of the body and the tail scales just behind the top of the tail. See below for correct placement.

Attach the legs near the top of the body, leaving room for the head to be attached later. Only put glue on the top edges of the legs so you can place the legs over your page once the bookmark is done.
