DIY Halloween Bookmark Craft

Make these adorable paper bookmarks with your kids this Halloween. Kids can make a witch bookmark, a mummy bookmark, a Frankenstein bookmark, and a Vampire bookmark for the Halloween season.

How to make DIY Halloween Bookmarks
Supplies:
- Colored craft papers
- Cardstock paper
- Pencil
- Template
- A pair of scissors
- Craft glue
- Sharpies
Instructions:
Download and print out the Halloween bookmark template. You’ll find four printable pages with patterns for a witch, Frankenstein, Dracula, and a mummy.
Choose a cardstock paper for the base (body) of each bookmark.
Select different colored craft papers for the bookmark details.
Trace bookmarks base (rectangle shape) on the cardstock papers and cut them out using scissors.
Trace the rest of the bookmark details on colored craft papers and cut them out nicely.
Let’s craft the Frankenstein and Dracula bookmarks first.
Attach the hair cutouts at the top of the bookmark base.
We’re using green base for the Frankenstein bookmarks and purple base for the Dracula base.
Attach the trouser cutouts near the bottom part of the base.
Glue the jackets onto Dracula and Frankenstein, just above the trousers.
Attach the white shirt cutouts along the middle of the jackets.
Let’s complete the Dracula bookmarks.
Attach the bow tie cutout near the top part of the shirt.
Use a marker to draw the face onto the Dracula bookmark.
Attach the cape cutout on the backside of the Dracula puppet.
To craft the Frankenstein puppet, attach the bolt cutouts on both sides of the head part.
Use a black marker to draw the face and buttons onto the Frankenstein bookmark.
Prepare the other patterns and craft the mummy and witch bookmarks similarly.
