Let’s start with the Creeper bookmark.
Take the bookmark base and fold it in half, diagonally.

Fold up the right corner up towards the top corner, as shown below.

Fold the left corner in the same way.

Fold the left and right flaps downward, in half so that they touch the bottom corner.

Unfold the last 4 folds, keeping the square in the original triangle fold.

Take the top layer of the triangle and fold the top corner down to touch the middle of the bottom edge.
Next, fold up the right flap back to touch the top corner.

Tuck the corner of the flap inside the triangle pocket.

Flatten the folds.

Now, fold and tuck in the left flap in the same way.

Turn the origami bookmark to the square side and gather the patterns for the Creeper.
Glue the eyes and mouth cutouts of the Creeper to the square side of the bookmark.

Now, randomly glue the other square cutouts to the square part.

Glue enough small square cutouts to give the bookmark a pixelated look.
Now, make the rest of the bookmarks, using the same folds. Use the pattern pieces to complete the details.
