Tips for making the craft:

  • Instead of paint, you can color your frog using markers or crayons.
  • We used wiggle eyes for a fun 3D effect, but you can draw or paint the eyes instead.
  • Rather than cutting spots, you can simply draw or paint them on. Alternatively you can switch the craft paper to craft foam or craft felt.
  • For the tutorial photos, we used a hot glue gun to quickly attach pieces, but craft glue works well too (and is more kid-friendly).

Now that you know how fun and simple this frog craft is, it’s time to gather your supplies and follow the step-by-step tutorial below. The printable pattern makes cutting and assembling the pieces a breeze, so even beginner crafters can get great results.
