How to make Strawberry Nutella Pancake Stacks for Valentine’s Day

Ingredients:

  • Frozen mini pancakes (I used Hungry Jack)
  • Nutella
  • Strawberries, cut in half
  • Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the frozen pancakes on the baking sheet, without touching each other. Place a second piece of parchment paper on top of the pancakes.

(You can also make mini pancakes using your favorite pancake recipe or box mix!)

Bake the frozen pancakes in the preheated oven until soft.

All the pancakes to cool for about 10 minutes. Spread a layer of Nutella on 8 of the pancakes.

Place another pancake on top of the nutella layer. Add another layer of nutella on the second pancake.

Add a third pancake to the stack.

Top the pancake stack with half a strawberry and use a festive pick to secure the pancake stack.

Top with powdered sugar and enjoy!

These super easy Strawberry Nutella Pancakes are the perfect Valentine's Day breakfast or brunch for kids and adults alike!

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen mini pancakes (I used Hungry Jack)
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 4 strawberries, cut in half
  • Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Place the frozen pancakes in an even layer on the baking sheet and top with a second piece of parchment paper.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until softened.
    4. Allow the pancakes to cool slightly, then spread a layer of Nutella over the top of 8 pancakes.
    5. Place a pancake on top of the Nutella and add another layer of Nutella.
    6. Place a third pancake on top and top with a strawberry.
    7. Push a toothpick into the center of the stack to hold the ingredients together and garnish with powdered sugar before serving.
