Let’s Make Your School Bus Craft!

- Jumbo Craft Sticks
- Regular Craft Sticks
- Black Paper
- Black Marker
- Craft Glue or a Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- White Buttons
- Yellow or Gold Craft Paint
- Rhinestones (we used self-adhesive)
- Paintbrush
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Pencil
- School Bus Pattern
Instructions:
Gather all supplies. To create the base of the bus, line up four jumbo craft sticks on your work surface. Using scissors, trim additional jumbo craft sticks to the width of the bus and attach with glue.

Cut one jumbo craft stick to 5” with scissors.
Cut three regular craft sticks in half. Glue the regular craft sticks (windows) to the jumbo craft stick (roof), and then attach to the bus with glue.

Paint the bus with gold or yellow craft paint. Let dry, and apply a second coat, if necessary.

Download, print, and cut out the bus patterns.
Trace two tires onto black paper with a marker or pencil.

Cut out the bus tire patterns with scissors.

Attach the tires to the bottom of the bus with glue. Glue two white buttons to the tires as hubcaps.

Attach a clear self-adhesive rhinestone to the front of the bus as a headlight. Attach a red self-adhesive rhinestone to the back of the bus as a tail light.

Print the words SCHOOL BUS with a black marker. Accent the bus with fenders over the wheels, and stripes along the body and roof with a black marker.
