This Easter Bunny Bark is not only festive AND delicious, but it’s also super easy to make! You’ll only need a few ingredients and about 10 minutes to make this adorable Easter dessert!

How to make Easter Bunny Bark

Ingredients:

Pastel candy melts– You can choose any pastel colored candy melt for your Bunny Bark. We used pink. Alternatively you can use white chocolate melting wafers, tinted to a pastel shade with gel food coloring.

White candy melts or white chocolate melting wafers to create the bunny’s face and ears.

White Sugar Pearls for the bunny’s nose.

Decorations– Choose pastel sprinkles or a spring themed sprinkle to decorate your Easter Bunny Bark.

Directions:

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Cut 17 of the white candy melts in half and set aside for later.

Microwave the pastel candy melts according to the instructions on the bag.

Spread the melted pastel candy melts onto the parchment paper in a layer about 1/4″ thick. Be sure not to go too thin, or it will be too fragile.

Place 17 (full circle) white candy melts randomly on the pastel candy melt layer, leaving plenty of room between them to add ears.

Place the cut white candy melt halves above the white candy, to form the bunny ears.

Scatter the decoration sprinkles over the melted candy bark.

Place the remaining white candy melts into a piping bag. Melt for 30 seconds, and knead the bag with your hand. Microwave again if needed, and continue to knead the candy until fully melted.

Cut the tip off the piping bag to create a small hole. Pipe a small dab of white candy melt on the bottom of the bunny’s face and add a sugar pearl to each bunny to make his nose.

Allow the bark to fully set, about 25-30 minutes.
