The Easy Way to Start Using Essential Oils for Kids

Life Hacks

Have you heard about using essential oils for kids? So many of my friends love using essential oils for their family.

I have to admit, because I didn’t know much about oils, they seemed daunting. Between figuring out what oil to use when, to measuring, and mixing… it seemed like a lot.

Then, this summer while on vacation, my 2-year-old son began throwing up. A friend grabbed some coconut oil from the kitchen, mixed some essential oils into the coconut oil and rubbed the mixture on his belly. My son never threw up again, and he went on to eat two servings of dinner just an hour later.  On the same trip, we also used some of my friend’s oils as mosquito repellant. Suddenly I was very interested in oil, yet still it seemed like so much to learn.Rocky Mountain Oils Kids Line

I love the idea of roller bottles and it really is the perfect delivery system for kids and grown ups! My favorite this time of year would be the Breathe…my kiddos have only been in school for 4 days and 2 of them already have a stuffy nose and the sniffles!

How cool. Essential oils are a big thing so it is great to see they are working towards getting kid involved. I must admit I am all about the scent of lavender or vanilla.

I am a big believer in essential oils. We use them frequently around here for virtually everything and almost never have to visit doctors offices.

Essential oils are great. My daughter uses them all the time for the kids. I use them myself and love them.

I’m addicted to peppermint essential oil. It’s so relaxing and it helps my headaches. I’m glad a company has made oils specifically for children. They can benefit too.

P.S. Glad to hear your son was helped by oils.
