How to make a Mighty Thor Craft
Supplies:
- Colored craft papers
- Marker
- Craft glue
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Template
Instructions:
Print out the Mighty Thor Craft Template, then cut out all of the pattern pieces.
Choose your colored papers for the Mighty Thor bookmark.
Select a colored craft paper for the skin tone and trace the head and body base on that paper.
Trace the hair pattern on yellow paper, the cape pattern on red paper, trace the vest-buttons, head-piece, boots and the belt patterns on grey paper; trace the dress pattern on dark blue colored craft paper. Trace and cut out the blush (small round shapes) on pink colored craft paper.
Cut out the traced pieces.
Cut a slit along the marked line inside the hair template. Slide the top end of the head cutout through the slit from below.
Apply glue to fix the hair and the head pieces together.
Stick the 2 blush cutouts on both cheeks. Use a marker or gel pen to draw the eyes, nose and mouth onto Mighty Thor’s face.
Glue the button cutouts and the belt cutout on the dress cutout.
Attach the boot cutouts onto the legs.
Glue the dress onto the body.
Glue the head onto the body, then glue the headpiece onto Mighty Thor’s head.
Glue the cape cutout on the back of the Mighty Thor figure to complete the craft.
To use the she Thor papercraft figure as a bookmark, use scissors to cut slits along the middle part of the arms and the body. Be careful not to cut the arms off, they should be attached to the body on the top side but the bottom 1/3 of the arm should be separated by slits. Now, we can use the Mighty Thor figure as bookmark by sliding a page under the arms’ slits.
