How to Make the Three Wise Men Craft:

MATERIALS:

  • Paper plates
  • Construction paper
  • Craft paint
  • Paint brush
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers or crayons

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut the paper plates into half. You’ll need three half plate pieces – one for each of the three wise men.
Paint each half plate the color you’d like for the Wise Man’s robe.

*You can use the same color for all three wise men, or you can choose different colors as we did.

Fold the triangle into thirds and secure the edge with glue.

Download and print out the pattern. Cut out the pattern pieces.

Trace the patterns onto construction paper colors of your choice. On the hair cutout, cut slits for the bangs and a small hole for the face to slide through.
Cut a circle for each wise man’s face using the hair piece as a guide.

Slide the round circle up through the hair piece as shown below. Glue the face and hair together.
Glue the crown onto the head, adding any details you’d like with scrap paper or markers.
Draw a face onto the Wise Man.

Cut out the scarf piece three times on construction paper colors of your choice.

Glue the scarf onto the paper plate.

Glue the head onto the Wise Man’s body.

Complete all Three Wise Men in the same manner.
