MATERIALS:
- Construction papers
- Red, orange, and yellow paint
- Marker
- Scissors
- Glue
INSTRUCTIONS:
Download and print out the rocking turkey pattern. Cut out the pattern pieces.
Trace the template to their corresponding papers as shown in the picture. Cut out the pieces.
Cut two circles from white and yellow paper. Use the round wing template to make two same size circles.
Fold the yellow circle in half.
Splash, sponge, or dab the three colors of paint onto the white paper.
Once the paint is dried, use the circular wing template to cut wings into the painted circle.
Glue the larger round circle towards the bottom middle of the turkey’s body as shown below.
Cut two white circles for eyes.
*You can use wiggle eyes, or paint for the eyes if you prefer.
Glue the eyes, beak and wattle onto the brown circle.
Add details to the turkey’s eyes with a marker.
Glue the folded yellow paper to the back of the turkey, with the open end towards the turkey’s face.
