White Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Spread & Dip

I’m not a morning coffee drinker, I’m an all day long coffee drinker! I go to bed excited about waking up to my morning cup, and then I enjoy drinking the entire pot throughout the day.
I prefer my coffee with a generous amount of creamer and a little sweetener. Lately my favorite choice is International Delight Simply Pure Coffee Creamer in hazelnut. I can’t believe how delicious this creamer tastes with only 5 ingredients- including real milk, cream and sugar. 
Most afternoons, while the toddler naps, you’ll find me tucked into a cozy chair, coffee in hand, reading with one of my daughters. My daughter and I whipped up a delicious White Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Spread & Dip using Simply Pure Coffee Creamer to enjoy during our afternoon reading time. We served our dip & spread with pear, apple, and whole wheat toast dippers, and suddenly the entire family wanted to be involved in our afternoon reading time! 
I’m going to bed dreaming of a piece of whole wheat toast spread with White Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Spread & Dip and my morning cup of coffee tonight. I managed to hide the last few tablespoons of the spread in the back of the refrigerator for my breakfast!
White Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Spread & Dip
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 package white chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Hazelnut International Delight Simply Pure Coffee Creamer
- 4 oz. whipped topping
Directions:
Whip 4 oz. softened cream cheese in a bowl.
Add a small package of white chocolate pudding mix, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup Hazelnut International Delight Simply Pure Coffee Creamer. Blend with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
Whip in 4 oz whipped topping.
Serve with strips of whole wheat toast for dipping.
*tip- toast slices of whole wheat bread, then cut with a pizza cutter to create perfect dipping strips.
Enjoy this delicious White Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Spread & Dip with whole wheat toast, or your favorite fruit. I can’t wait to enjoy it for breakfast tomorrow… plus it’s going on the menu for my next party!
