How to Make a Felt Nutcracker Ornament
Supplies:
- Colored felt fabrics
- Pencil
- Needle
- Matching thread
- Ribbon
- Cotton batting
- A pair of scissors
- Black marker
- Printed template
Instructions:
Download and print out the nutcracker ornament template. Cut out the pattern pieces.
Select colored felt fabrics and trace the patterns on the selected fabrics. Use scissors to cut out the traced patterns.
Place the hat border cutout along the bottom edge of the hat cutout.
Also, place the small round cutout in the middle of the hat cutout.
Place the mustache, beard, and nose cutouts on the face cutout.
Place the shirt details on the shirt cutout.
Place the belt cutout along the top edge of the trouser cutout.
Stitch all the items you just placed together with matching tread, as shown below.
