Instructions:

Select colored craft papers and white cardstock paper for the Earth Day themed bookmarks.
Trace the patterns for the earth bookmark on the selected craft papers using a pencil and cut them out nicely using scissors.
Use a marker or gel pen to add detail to the eyes.
Let’s start with the Earth pattern.
Glue the green cutouts around the outer edge of the blue Earth.
Glue the eye cutouts slightly above the middle of the Earth.
Glue the mouth cutout below the eyes and then glue the Earth on a slightly bigger circle cardstock paper cutout from white cardstock to make it more sturdy.
Attach the papercraft Earth pattern on a popsicle stick to complete the bookmark craft.
Trace the flower patterns on the colored craft papers of your choice. Cut out the pieces of the flower.
Glue the flower pieces to make the flower.
Glue the flower to the stem piece.
Trace and cut out the tree patterns.
Glue the 2 tree patterns together.
Then glue the tree pieces to the trunk cutout to complete the paper tree.
Attach all the the tree and flower to popsicle sticks to complete the crafts.
You can also make the recycle symbol bookmark by glueing the green arrows in a triangle on a white circle. To add extra sturdiness to the bookmark, glue the white circle to a slightly larger green circle. Then, glue the recycle circle to a craft stick to complete the bookmark.
