Grinch Craft – Dr. Seuss Bookmark

Kids love making origami corner bookmarks! This easy bookmark starts with an easy Grinch paper craft glued onto a fun to fold origami bookmark.

How to make a Grinch Bookmark Craft
List of Supplies:
- Colored craft papers
- Pencil – to trace the template
- Craft glue
- Marker or gel pen
- A pair of scissors
- Template
Instructions:
Download and print out the Grinch bookmark template. Cut out all of the template pieces.
Select white and 2 or 3 different shades of green colored craft papers for the Grinch bookmark craft. Trace the templates on the selected craft papers. Cut out the traced patterns nicely.
Use a pencil to draw the mouth of the Grinch.
Attach the collar fur below the head cutout.
Attach the nose cutout in the middle of the head cutout and attach the hair cutout on the top of the head cutout.
Use a marker or pen to draw the eyes on 2 small round cutouts or simply use the eyes from the provided template.
Attach the eyebrow cutouts near the top part of the head pattern.
Attach the eye patterns below the eyebrows.
Use a maker to draw the mouth by tracing the pencil outline.
Use a piece of square paper (15 cm x 15 cm) to make an origami corner bookmark. Find origami corner bookmark directions here if you don’t know how to fold a corner bookmark.
Step 9:
Attach the papercraft Grinch head pattern on the square side of the origami corner bookmark.
Let the glue dry, then use your Grinch bookmark in your favorite Dr. Seuss bookmark.
