How to Make a Popsicle Stick Nativity
MATERIALS:
- Popsicle sticks
- Construction paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- Colored pencils, crayons or markers
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut one popsicle stick in half.
Glue 3 popsicle sticks and the two cut pieces into a stable as shown below.
Cut one popsicle stick into 3 pieces in graduated sizes as shown below for Joseph, Mary and baby Jesus.
Color the three cut popsicle sticks as shown below to add details to Mary, Joseph, and Jesus.
Attach Mary and Joseph to the bottom of the stable as shown below.
Download and print out the manger and star template. Cut out the pattern pieces.
Trace the pattern pieces onto yellow and brown craft paper. Cut out the traced pieces.
Glue the star to the top of the manger. Then glue the yellow and brown manger pieces to the bottom of the stable as shown below.
Glue the baby Jesus onto the manger.
