Puppet BB-8 Craft that Star Wars Fans Love!
Make a puppet BB-8 craft with your little Star Wars fan! This BB-8 craft is a great choice for Star Wars Day on May 4th.
Kids love making Star Wars crafts and then they can get imaginative using thier new BB-8 puppet to act out their favorite Star Wars scenes.
This Star Wars BB-8 Puppet is easy to make thanks to a free printable template. So gather your kids, print the template, and round up some craft supplies to get started!
How to make an adorable BB-8 Craft
Supplies:
- Colored paper
- Popsicle stick
- Craft glue
- Pencil
- Marker
- Scissors
- Template
Directions:
Print out the template and cut out all the pattern pieces.
Trace the patterns onto the color papers specified on the template sheet.
Cut out all the pieces.
Glue BB-8’s antennas on the top his head cutout, and glue the grey curved strip near the top of his head.
Glue the round orange pieces on to his body.

Glue the 2 small grey strips in the middle of the orange circle piece.
Glue shorter orange strips on to BB-8’s head.

Glue BB-8’s head to his body, slightly overlapping the pieces.
Use a black marker to draw the other details onto BB-8. You can cut out and glue on the eye pieces, or copy the eyes using a marker onto BB-8’s head.
Glue your BB-8 onto a popsicle stick to make him a puppet.
