Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Using the white rolling fondant, roll out 20 spheres about ½ an inch in size each.
Using the white fondant sphere, shape a bunny ear. Do this by rolling a sphere into a cylinder, about 1 inch long. Add a point on one end.
Next use the pink fondant to roll out 30 spheres, about 1/3 of the size of the white fondant spheres.
Now shape 20 of the smaller pink spheres into little raindrop shapes. Place one on top of each white fondant bunny ear to finish the ear.
Microwave the candy melts in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Dip each Oreo cookie in the melted candy and coat entirely. Place gently on wax paper.
Assemble the bunny cookies by gently placing two bunny ears and a pink sphere (it’ll act as the bunny’s nose) on each Oreo and allow to set.
Finally attach Wilton tip #3 on the black decorating frosting and pipe out two eyes, just above the fondant nose, on each dipped Oreo cookie.
Serve and enjoy!
They are the most adorable Easter Bunny cookies ever aren’t they?
