Glue the beak cutout to the head cutout and the wing cutouts on both sides of the lower body cutout.

Glue the head to the top edge and glue the leg cutouts to the bottom edge of the lower body.

Take the teardrop shape cutouts and glue the small cutouts onto the big cutouts.

Take the tail feather strips and attach the teardrop patterns on them as shown below.

Take each individual tail feather strip, and glue the edges together, do not crease the fold line.

Apply glue on the tail feather base.

Attach the connected ends of the tail feathers onto the glued base.

Glue the tail feathers on the base neatly and evenly. Make loops with the thin strips and glue them between the main tail feather patterns, on the base.

Cut a small piece of paper (1cm x 4cm) and make accordion folds along the longer side. Attach it to the middle of the tail feather base.

Attach the peacock body on top of the accordion folded paper, covering the tail feather base. Allow the glue to dry.
