A pair of scissors

Instructions:

Download and print out the dragon bookmark template. Cut out the pattern pieces.

Select different shades of green or any colored felt fabrics of your choice for the dragon bookmark.

Trace the template patterns on the selected felt fabrics and cut them out nicely using scissors.

Take the wing cutouts and place the small wing cutouts on the big wing cutouts.

Place the eye cutout on the dragon’s face, then place the eyeball on the eye cutout. Stitch a small dot with white thread through both pieces of the eye and the dragons face to connect the eye to the bookmark.

Place the snout cutout at the bottom edge of the dragon’s face.

Use a black marker or gel pen to draw nose and mouth on the dragon’s snout.

Place the horn cutout on the top middle of the head. Stitch it along the bottom edge to connect it to the bookmark base.

Place the other bookmark base on a flat surface and place the wing pieces on either sides of the base, slightly overlapping the edges of the bases.

Place the antenna cutouts on the top edge of the base.

Place the dragon’s face on top of the base, keeping the wings and the antennas between the two pieces. Prepare a needle with matching thread.

Stitch along the straight edges of the face connect the two triangular felt pieces. Keep the round edge open, to use it as a corner bookmark.
